RENTING: All charges are for time out, regardless if it is used or not - choose carefully. LOSS OR DAMAGE: Responsibility for equipment remains with client from delivery to return. Please make sure equipment is secured from theft when not in use & protected from weather. Charges will be made for missing, broken, burned or damaged items. Damage incurred resulting from customer loading equipment is customer’s responsibility. DELIVERY & PICKUP: An additional fee is charged for delivery depending on location. Extra charges may be assessed if deliveries are labor intensive. All equipment must be ready for pick-up, sorted, folded, stacked and available to our drivers. Linens should be free of food and dry. SETUP & TAKEDOWN: Arrangements must be made in advance for setup & take down and will be subject to a fee. DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: A deposit is required when making a reservation. Payment is due prior to delivery or pick-up. We accept major credit cards. There is a $20 charge for all returned checks. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for rental items should be done 72 hours prior to delivery date for a full refund.
